The energy technology company Gomero Group has divested the IA Industriarmatur business to Ramén Valves through an asset deal with immediate closing. The transaction covers a business that generated just over SEK 2 million in revenue in 2025, according to a press release. The sale is part of the company's strategy to streamline its operations and focus on proprietary solutions in predictive maintenance for power grid infrastructure.
