Hunter Capital is selling shares in two reverse takeover companies, Hunter Capital RTO 1 and Hunter Capital RTO, to the buyer C100. This is stated in a press release.The divestment concerns 681,075 shares in each company. Thereafter, Hunter Capital owns 28.38 million shares in each company, corresponding to a 62.5 percent ownership stake. The transaction has no material impact on Hunter Capital’s financial position and the net proceeds of the deal are in line with book value.In December, Hunter Capital distributed shares in both reverse takeover companies to its shareholders. However, these two reverse takeover companies have not yet been listed on any trading venue.
