The wind power company Windon Energy has reported the outcome of its rights issue, which was subscribed to approximately 29 percent. With underwriting commitments up to 50 percent, the company will receive approximately SEK 6.1 million before costs. After registration, Johluc Holding and Roofpower Holding are expected to cross the 10 percent disclosure threshold. Both are expected to control 7.7 percent of the capital each.
