The real estate company Mofast reports an increased profit from property management in the fourth quarter, compared with the same period the year before. The Board proposes a dividend. Rental income amounted to SEK 52.4 million (54.7), a decrease of 4.2 percent year-on-year. Net operating income amounted to SEK 30 million (31.1), a decrease of 3.5 percent year-on-year. Profit from property management amounted to SEK 10.4 million (6.8), an increase of 52.9 percent year-on-year. Realized value changes in properties amounted to SEK -6.7 million (0.7). Unrealized value changes in properties amounted to SEK 8.8 million (1.0). Unrealized value changes in derivatives amounted to SEK 0.8 million (3.6). Profit before tax was SEK 13.3 million (12.1). Profit after tax was SEK 6.6 million (2.3). Earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.2 (0.1). The Board proposes a dividend of SEK 0.5 per share. The dividend follows the new dividend policy that the Board decided on in 2025, with a target to distribute 30-50 percent of profit from property management after tax over the long term.
