The financial group Spotlight Group has entered into an agreement to sell the subsidiary Placing Corporate Finance Sverige, including its license to conduct securities business, to Björn Schäfer. Björn Schäfer is currently employed at the group's subsidiary Spotlight Stock Market, but will, as a result of the transaction, end his employment. The sale will be preceded by the customary ownership assessment of the new owner.The sale of Placing has a very limited effect on the group's financial position, but is part of the strategy to concentrate the remaining operations around the marketplace Spotlight Stock Market and the issuing institute Nordic Issuing."The streamlining of the group continues, and it has proven to be a successful strategy to focus on our core business," says Spotlight Group's CEO Peter Gönczi.
