The solar energy company Absolicon reports decreased revenue in the fourth quarter compared with the same period the year before. The operating loss also decreased.Revenue fell to 0.6 million SEK (1.2).The EBITDA result was -1.9 million SEK (-4.3). Operating profit was -3.1 million SEK (-5.4). Profit after tax was -3 million SEK (-10.3). Earnings per share amounted to -0.37 SEK (-1.28). Cash flow from operating activities amounted to -1.7 million SEK (-4.3)."Amid the cutbacks, we have managed to preserve a core of expertise, which means that we can still deliver both solar collector fields and production lines. In a smaller organization, it then does not take very much sales to be profitable," states CEO Joakim Byström in the report. Absolicon has worked with Innovationsfonden's Heat Auction 1 of EUR 1 billion. The work, according to the Absolicon CEO, has been intense, with only a four-month process from when the terms were published until it was time for submission. The customer dropped out at the last second, but Byström points out that they are already now planning for the next submission. "In parallel with Heat Auction, our various processes around the world continue, and in the USA we have taken important steps forward. That the processes take time matters a little less now that we see we will balance our disbursements with inflows from various projects," he adds.Absolicon, SEK mQ4-2025Q4-2024ChangeNet sales0.61.2-50.0%EBITDA-1.9-4.3Operating profit-3.1-5.4Net profit-3-10.3Earnings per share, SEK-0.37-1.28Cash flow from operating activities-1.7-4.3
