The biotechnology company BPC Instruments launches BPC Academy, a digital training platform that brings together training, guidance and customer resources in a structured format. The initiative is intended to strengthen customer relationships and create added value for existing customers, who account for approximately 40 percent of the company's annual revenue. The platform builds on the company's customized training and consulting service that was launched in September 2025 and is intended to improve the customer experience from installation to ongoing use.
