The principal shareholder Krona Bidco on March 11 bought 214,615 shares in the real estate company Krona Public Real Estate. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 41.20 per share, a transaction of SEK 8.8 million. The transaction was carried out on Spotlight Stock Market. This is evident from Finansinspektionen’s insider register.Krona Bidco now owns 8.46 million shares, corresponding to 75.74 percent of the capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.On March 6, Krona Bidco raised its mandatory offer for all shares in Krona to SEK 41.20 per share, from the previous SEK 35.75.
