Zenith Energy acquires a solar project of approximately 10 MWp in Lazio and thereby increases its development portfolio to 173.5 MWp. The project is expected to produce up to 15 GWh of electricity annually after commissioning.The purchase price amounts to approximately EUR 1 million, subject to permits and commencement of construction. The company estimates that revenues in the Italian electricity generation portfolio will amount to approximately EUR 140,000 in March and a total of approximately EUR 370,000 during the first quarter of 2026.
