Suntrade, which focuses on solar energy and battery systems, announces that board member André Boive Nordqvist is stepping down from the role with immediate effect for personal reasons. The board thereafter consists of three members, thereby falling below the requirements of the Articles of Association. The company intends to review the composition and take measures by the Annual General Meeting in May at the latest.
