The medical technology company Monivent has reached an agreement with the lenders and is extending the maturity date for the bridge loan of SEK 8 million that was taken out in September 2025. The maturity date is extended from March 31 to May 31 this year, while the other terms of the loan remain unchanged.The bridge loan has been provided by a consortium consisting of five lenders who are also existing shareholders, including the company’s largest shareholder, the chair of the board, and one additional board member. Monivent is also working to secure long-term financing.
