The modular housing company Zenergy has obtained a building permit for the residential project Värnamo Rolstorp, comprising 33 homes. The project has an estimated value of SEK 108 million and an expected profit of approximately SEK 26 million. Revenue and profit are expected to be reported on an ongoing basis during the construction period.
