The shareholders of Suntrade are hereby called to an extraordinary general meeting on Monday, 11 May in Stockholm. It is proposed that the meeting resolve on amendments to the articles of association. The company currently has a temporary exemption from Spotlight Stock Market regarding the requirement of at least four board members.The proposed amendments to the articles of association entail, in brief, that the board may consist of at least three members instead of four, as well as greater flexibility in the allocation of share classes between A and B shares in the company.
