Logistics company Movebybike has completed the subscription of shares via the TO3 warrant program, in which all warrants were exercised. A total of approximately 254 million shares were subscribed for at a price of SEK 0.015 per share.The company will thereby receive approximately SEK 4 million before issue costs.
