Game development company Beyond Frames is withdrawing its long-term sales target for the game TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) after weaker-than-expected commercial performance, despite positive user reviews. This is stated in a press release.The company says that the previous target of sales of SEK 350–700 million for the fiscal years from mid-2026 to 2029 would require additional marketing investments, better macroeconomic conditions and continued development of partner platforms in order to be achieved.At the same time, Beyond Frames is reviewing financing and its cost structure to adapt the business to the current market conditions.The review includes operating expenses, commitments and capital position, among other things. The company is also evaluating opportunities for project-specific financing for new prototypes in the early development phase.
