The technology company APR Technologies has entered into an evaluation agreement with Italian IRCA/Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies regarding a possible global collaboration within the space and defense industry. The collaboration would encompass the commercialization of APR's Rheion technology for thermal management.According to the plan, APR will contribute technology and technical support while Zoppas will be responsible for production, distribution and market outreach. The parties aim to sign a framework agreement during the second quarter, CEO Lars Almhem says. No financial details are provided."A collaboration with ZIHET would be an important step in scaling our technology globally. The combination of our core technology Rheion and ZIHET's industrial capacity creates very good conditions for commercial success," says Lars Almhem, CEO of APR Technologies, in a comment.
