Kylsystem company APR Technologies' board has signed agreements with major shareholders and thereby secured that at least 90 percent of the warrants TO1 will be exercised to subscribe for shares in the company. This is stated in a press release. Exercise of the warrants starts today and runs until June 5. In total, the warrants can provide the company with SEK 55 million. Johan Claesson has announced that the companies he controls, Fastighetsaktiebolaget Bremia and Movenio Fastigheter, will subscribe for their holdings of warrants, corresponding to SEK 31.2 million kronor.In addition to Claesson, another eight shareholders have secured that, without compensation, they will cover the warrants not subscribed for by the holders, up to an amount of at most SEK 18.6 million.
