Independent board member Hiroshi Maeda of Danish hearing aid manufacturer Audientes is leaving the company's board with immediate effect for personal reasons. This is stated in a press release. The company announces that it intends to address its future board composition in accordance with applicable regulations. Audientes recently received a stay from a court after a creditor petitioned to place the company into bankruptcy. A new hearing will be held on December 18. The company continues its operations and is simultaneously evaluating potential financing and structural solutions. The share remains suspended from trading on Spotlight Stock Market.
