Xoma, which develops technology for algae cultivation, saw its rights issue of units oversubscribed to approximately 308 percent.A total of just over 32 million units were subscribed, and the offering is thereby fully subscribed without guarantees being called upon. Through the offering, Xoma receives approximately SEK 0.5 million before costs. Upon full exercise of the warrants, the company could receive around SEK 12 million during February–March 2027."It is very gratifying that our rights issue of warrants has been oversubscribed.
