The technology company Smart High Tech announces that Mats Bergh is leaving the role of CEO with immediate effect and the board intends to appoint Gang Wang as interim CEO. Wang is currently an assistant to the chairman of the board and to the CTO at the company and holds a law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law, as well as over 15 years of leadership experience in Sweden and internationally, including as CEO of Sinord Innovation and in various roles at Anwha Automation Engineering and Titan Automotive Solutions. A process to recruit a permanent CEO has been initiated, while the chairman of the board, Johan Liu, assumes greater operational responsibility during the transition period.
