The subsidiary of the investment platform for real estate projects Tessin Nordic, Tessin Kreditfond 1, has changed its name to Nova Kreditfond. At the same time, Nova Kreditfond is transitioning to being an internally managed alternative investment fund, AIF, from previously having been externally managed. This is stated in a press release. Furthermore, Nova Kreditfond has a new vd and board of directors. Tessin's vd Anders Kumlin is chair of Nova. In addition to Anders Kumlin, the new board consists of members Peyman Dabiri and Jan Hedqvist while Agneta Rudin is the new vd for Nova.
