The technology company SHT Smart High-Tech is developing a new graphene-enhanced thermal interface material with a measured thermal conductivity above 300 W/mK, according to a press release.The product, referred to as GT-300, exhibits, according to the company, low thermal contact resistance and performance on par with liquid metal, with high resistance to aging and corrosion. GT-300 will initially be launched in consumer-facing applications and thereafter targeted at industrial and commercial applications, including cooling of AI-related electronics.
